In-Person Consultations
Our Toronto office is located in the Financial District, easily accessible via the King streetcar or Union Station. In-person sessions are available for clients who prefer face-to-face interaction, though we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance.
Virtual Sessions
For clients outside the Greater Toronto Area or those preferring remote consultation, we offer comprehensive virtual services via secure video conferencing. Our virtual programs maintain the same quality and depth as in-person sessions.

Initial consultations are typically scheduled within 2-3 weeks of first contact, depending on consultant availability. Popular services may have longer wait times during peak seasons (January-March and September-November).
